Welcome To Khagol Mandal.
The Largest association of amateur astronomers and skygazers in India.
`Khagol Mandal was established in July 1985 with small branch in Mumbai and it has grown now to five branches in Maharashtra and over three thousand members all over the state.
The objective of Khagol Mandal is to popularize the Astronomy and Astrophysics. To achieve the objective Khagol Mandal has started a bimonthly magazine "Kagol Warta". Khagol Mandal has also published books on Total Solar Eclipse, Comets, etc. In every month Khagol Mandal arranges a program of sky gazing for Sky Observers for the whole night. We are now planning to come with a new magazine in english named "Waishwik". To know the events and programmes of Khagol MaÜndal you can join the club made on the Yahoo "Khagol Mandal Club".
